The only thing would have been if we had of been able to be seen at the walk in center but urgent care at the Vic was amazing, we were seen quickly

More compassion regarding the condition without waiting for all results , not speaking about end of life when you haven't had the results of all tests , stop scaring and traumatizing patient which is what what certain individuals did

Because the team deserved it. The staff were lovely on all levels from the DVT Medical team, the young lady who did my scan to the receptionist and the young gentleman who wheeled me everywhere.

I am asthmatic....unrelated to reason for attendance

Nothing at Urgent Care. However, was transferred to A&E. Ambulances queued up all night. Some patients around me unable to get 4 hourly pain relief due to staff being too busy to prescribe and dispense. Medication being chased for 1.5hrs after due time. No beds to be admitted so I had to sit in a chair for 1st night on an IV. If beds not available would have been more comfortable with reclining chairs. Had to wait almost 24hrs for a bed. Staff were incredible but some didn't have enough equipment including thermometers. Whilst others weren't getting much needed breaks. Staff shouldn't be put in this situation.

I have ME, long covid joint Hypermobility syndrome

Nothing. From the 111 phone call to leaving the department, everything was spot on. Hardly any waiting time, porter took me straight round to X-ray and back. Was in plaster within half an hour.
